Most pets don’t love being in a car for a roadtrip. But, we strive to make the trip as positive as possible. We do frequent potty and play stops, cage free travel, and carry limited pets per trip.

As animal lovers, we will take great care of your pet. All pets in transport wear Apple AirTag GPS trackers - In the rare case a pet slips away, we will recover them quickly. We are also well trained in pet health and first aid procedures.

We are experts in border crossing requirements for pets. Additionally, we speak both English and Spanish to ensure a smooth process throughout the cross border trip.

Bill grew up between the US and Los Cabos, Mexico. He trains service dogs for institutions, police, and military. Fully bilingual and experienced travelling Mexico, your pet will be in good hands.

Between Western Mexico And:
Zone 1: First Pet: $2,000 USD - Each Additional: $1,000 USD
Zone 2: First Pet: $2,500 USD - Each Additional: $1,250 USD
Zone 3: First Pet: $3,000 USD - Each Additional: $1,500 USD
Zone 4: First Pet: $3,500 USD - Each Additional: $1,750 USD

(Puerto Vallarta Outbound Only) If our next pet transport trip doesn’t perfectly correspond when your moving or travel plans, we can keep your pet at our boarding facility in PV until the trip. The boarding facility is extremely safe, secure, and fun!

A 50% deposit is required to book the transport. The other 50% or balance remaining is due at pet pickup before trip.
Payment can be made by check, cash, and credit card including AMEX. Payments will be processed in USD. We have only limited slots available per trip - full payment is due to secure booking.
In the rare event we cannot complete the transport within one week of agreed upon schedule, we will issue a full refund.
If you wish you cancel your reservation, you can cancel up to three weeks before the scheduled transport date for a 50% refund.

By soliciting our service, you agree that your pet is not agressive with humans or other animals. We will crate or muzzle animals as needed to keep all pets safe.

We gladly accept both cats and dogs. Contact us regarding other types of pets. We will do what we can to accommodate.
